Configuration
PhPeace has two methods of configuration. Some settings can be edited in the administrative interface by its users. Most modules have a configuration page, accessible by its administrators, and some generic modules contain very important settings.
However some other settings are not meant to be edited at run-time by administrative users and are written in a system configuration file (custom/config.php), stored on the local file-system and edited by the system administrator only.
